In addition to his signature style, couples massage and 4-hand massage, Fritz also offers the following types of massages:
Hot Stone Massage - using heated volcanic smooth stones all over the body to promote relaxation. Fritz loves giving Hot Stone Massages! $150 per session
Swedish & Relaxation Massage - Swedish and Relaxation massages use a light to medium pressure that combines rhythmic movements with gliding, chopping, basic stretching and static pressure. This is a full-body massage and draping (covering the client with a sheet) is always required.
These types of massage are excellent for stress management, dealing with depression and anxiety and promoting better circulation, energy flow and full-body restoration.
Sports Massage - Sport Massage is designed for those who compete/workout and need to sooth muscle aches and pains, plus speed recovery after sporting competitions or rigorous exercise. This type of massage seldom uses deep pressure since muscles are often fatigued after an event.

Deep-Tissue - Our deepest massage. Extra pressure and intensity, plus well placed elbows and forearms to reduce your muscle pain and fatigue.
Unlike full body massages, Deep Tissue massages generally focus on specific areas of your body that need the most attention.
This may also includes trigger point therapy, stripping (concentrated massage along the length of a stressed muscle or tendon) and the use of Asian massage approaches and stretching to focus on specific muscles that are causing your pain and discomfort.
